Modular planning techniques enable flexible space usage, accommodating future modifications as needed. The layout features basement parking on two levels with dedicated access points for smooth vehicular circulation. Separate access routes are provided for service areas, commercial spaces, and residential units, optimizing both functional efficiency and spatial flow throughout the site.
